Home Groups
The Gospel of JOhn

Beginning the week of October 5th, we will gather in home groups for 4 weeks, to explore the Gospel of John. At Coffee Hour each Sunday in October, we will have the opportunity to share insights across all the home groups.

This is an exciting time within the life of St. George’s, and everyone is encouraged to join the study. We will be using a study guide from the Knowing the Bible series, John by Justin Buzzard (Amazon, $9.99). Please be sure to bring your copy to the 1st session.

For planning purposes, registration is requested by Sep-tember 21. Select the home group that best meets your location/day/time. The host will confirm the details with you.

The Consecration of Marc Richard Steele

The consecration of Marc Richard Steele as a bishop in Christ’s one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church marks a sacred and joyful occasion in the life of the Anglican Diocese of the Living Word and the Anglican Church in North America.

Almighty God, who by your Son Jesus Christ gave many excellent gifts to your holy Apostles, and charged them to feed your flock: Give your grace to all Bishops, the pastors of your Church,

that they may diligently preach your Word, duly administer your Sacraments, and wisely

provide godly discipline; and grant to your people that they may obediently follow them, so

that all may receive the crown of everlasting glory; through the merits of our Savior Jesus

Christ, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, world without end. Amen.

New Life Food Pantry

The New Life Food Pantry began in 2006, in the basement of St. George's Church.

Through the generosity of volunteers, donors and grantors, we have grown and expanded.

The pantry served over 8,200 people in 2024.
